You can include any kind of fruit or veggie into your smoothie to personalize it to your taste; however, we do have some suggestions. Include a banana in your smoothie to increase the amount of potassium in it. Almonds, walnuts, and cashews are among some of the best nuts to snack on for your dental health. They contain essential vitamins and minerals that help maintain your dental health. Additionally, nuts help encourage saliva production which your mouth needs to remain moist and capable of washing away harmful residues left behind by previous meals. However, if you are experiencing jaw pain, make sure to avoid crunchy snacks like this one and stick to softer snacks until the discomfort subsides.
