How does Invisalign treatment work?

Before treatment, we take impressions of the teeth. We can map out treatment with these impressions to determine how the aligners shift the teeth over time. These impressions are also used to create the aligners. Once complete, patients wear their aligners and switch them out for a new pair every two weeks. Invisalign aligners are clear, so patients can easily brush their teeth and eat without dietary restrictions.

When will I see teeth whitening results?

With our in-office teeth whitening treatment, patients will see results after one treatment. This treatment takes about 90 minutes and can brighten teeth by multiple shades. It will take longer for patients to see results with a take-home whitening treatment. However, many patients will see visible results after several weeks.

How long do dental veneers last?

Porcelain ceramic veneers last for many years if they are cared for properly. Directly after receiving your veneers, avoid eating or drinking foods and beverages that stain teeth, including coffee, tea, berries, and tomatoes. Gently brush and floss your teeth and veneers. Do not use abrasive toothpaste or hard-bristled toothbrushes that can damage your veneers and natural teeth. Regular dental visits and an excellent oral hygiene routine

Do I need dental bonding for dental injuries?

Tooth bonding treatment is one of the best ways to treat injuries. Patients with chipped, cracked, or fractured teeth benefit from dental bonding. Bonding treatment uses a biocompatible resin material that we color-match to the shade of the natural enamel. We prepare the teeth and then sculpt and mold the resin to each tooth. Then, we create a natural tooth shape to add structure to the tooth. Finally, we cure the bonding material to the tooth.

Should I choose veneers or dental bonding treatment?

Dental veneers and bonding treatment may both be used to address tooth stains or injuries. However, veneers are thin shells that we bond to the front of teeth, and bonding treatment is sculpted onto the tooth. Bonding is a more economical option for patients while veneers offer longer-lasting results.
